What this website is
This is the business website of GoldFireStoves, a manufacturer of outdoor stoves, fire pits and related fire products for wholesale, distribution and private-label buyers. It presents our product families and manufacturing capability so that professional buyers can start an informed conversation. You cannot place an order or make a payment here.
Product information is indicative, not an offer
Dimensions, materials, finishes, capacities, packing data and any indicative price ranges shown on this site describe a typical build of the product family. They are not a binding offer and they are not a specification you can order against. Products are developed and improved continuously, so the specification of an actual order is only what appears in the written quotation, drawing or sample approval issued for that order.
Quotations and orders
An inquiry sent through this website is a request, not an order, and it does not oblige either side to anything. A binding commitment exists only when we issue a written quotation or order confirmation and you accept it. Commercial terms — price, minimum quantity, lead time, packing, delivery terms and payment — are agreed in that document, not here.
Safety and correct use of fire products
The products described here burn solid fuel and reach temperatures that can cause serious injury, fire or carbon monoxide poisoning if installed or used incorrectly. Nothing on this website is installation guidance. Every product must be installed, ventilated, operated and maintained according to the documentation supplied with that specific model and according to the rules that apply where it is used. Clearances, flue arrangements, floor protection and permitted locations differ by model and by country.
Market compliance is decided per market
Requirements for solid-fuel appliances, barbecues and fire pits differ between countries and change over time. Whether a given product may be placed on a given market, and what testing, marking, documentation and importer obligations apply, must be confirmed for that market before importing. We will tell you which certifications and test reports we can supply for a specific model, and we do not claim that any product is automatically approved for sale everywhere. The obligations of an importer or distributor under the law of the destination market remain with the importer or distributor.
Content on this site belongs to us
The text, product photography, drawings, page design, structure and the GoldFireStoves name and logo are our property or are used with permission. You may read this site, print pages and forward links for the purpose of evaluating us as a supplier. You may not republish our images or copy, rewritten or otherwise, as your own product content, and you may not use our name or logo to present yourself as an authorised distributor unless we have appointed you in writing.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the website, gain access to areas or data that are not public, extract the catalogue automatically at a scale that affects the service, or submit inquiries that are false, automated or abusive. We limit the rate of form submissions and may block access that causes problems.
Availability and links
We keep this website running as reliably as we reasonably can, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or withdraw content at any time. Where we link to another organisation's website, we do not control it and are not responsible for what it contains.
Liability
We take responsibility for the accuracy of the commercial documents we issue to you — quotations, order confirmations and the specifications attached to them. For this website itself, we do not accept liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of indicative catalogue information without a written quotation, or for loss caused by installing or using a product contrary to its own documentation and to local rules. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the law of the People's Republic of China. This does not affect any different law agreed in an individual supply contract, and it does not remove protection that mandatory consumer or local law gives you where you live.
